Pilot Terms

About the pilot
BidCircuit is an early-stage bid-cost review service operated by TransferAndo GmbH. Applying does not create a purchase or require you to send documents. We first confirm fit, scope, timing, and file handling.
Service scope
If accepted, the $149 founding pilot covers up to three agreed bid audits, source-linked findings, and a feedback session. Exact inputs, outputs, and delivery timing will be confirmed before payment or file transfer.
Estimator responsibility
BidCircuit provides review support, not professional estimating, engineering, legal, accounting, or procurement advice. Findings may be incomplete or require interpretation. Your team remains responsible for validating every finding and for all bid, pricing, and project decisions.
Files and confidentiality
We will use pilot files only to provide the agreed service, limit access to people working on the engagement, and honor reasonable deletion requests. Any additional confidentiality requirements must be agreed in writing before files are provided.
Fees and cancellation
No fee is charged when you submit an application. Payment terms and any cancellation or refund conditions will be presented before you purchase the pilot.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided on an evaluation basis and without a guarantee that every pricing, quantity, scope, or document issue will be identified.
