Information we receive

If you contact us or apply for the pilot, we may receive your name, business email, company, role, company size, workflow details, and the information you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

• To assess whether the pilot is a practical fit.
• To respond to your request and arrange a conversation.
• To deliver an agreed bid audit and support that engagement.
• To protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Bid documents

The application form does not request or upload bid documents. If we agree to a pilot, we will confirm a separate document-handling process before you send any files.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the business or when required by law. We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry by emailing privacy@getbidcircuit.com. Applicable rights depend on your location.

We may revise this notice as the pilot evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
